0:00–0:02 — He fires up the grill, pours oil, massive flame erupts upward. He doesn’t flinch. Sets up his station calmly. Wide shot showing the full grill, close on the flame, close on his calm focused face. We know exactly where we are and what is about to happen.

0:02–0:04 — Knife work. Vegetables clearly visible on the cutting board — carrots, onions, courgette. He chops at rapid precise speed, blade blurring, perfectly uniform pieces. Close on the blade and the vegetables being cut clearly, close on his focused expression, wide shot showing the full cutting sequence.

0:04–0:06 — Chopped vegetables hit the grill with a loud sizzle, steam erupting upward. He works them confidently with the spatula, turning and pressing, we clearly see the vegetables cooking and browning on the hot grill. Close on the food sizzling, wide shot showing him working the spatula, close on the steam rising.

0:06–0:08 — Egg trick. He cracks a raw egg one handed on the spatula edge cleanly, drops it onto the grill, spins the yolk with the spatula tip, lets it cook briefly, then chops it rapidly into the fried rice with quick precise spatula strikes. We see every step clearly — the crack, the spin, the chop, the rice coming together.

0:08–0:10 — Onion volcano. He stacks onion rings into a neat tower on the grill, pours oil through the center slowly, then lights it — tall dramatic flame shoots straight upward from the onion tower. He cooks the surrounding ingredients calmly while the flame burns. We see the tower, the flame, him working around it.

0:10–0:12 — Shrimp. He seasons fresh shrimp, flips them through the air one at a time from the spatula, each one spinning and landing perfectly back on the grill with a sizzle. We clearly see each shrimp launching and landing. Close on each shrimp in the air, close on it hitting the grill sizzling.

0:12–0:14 — Final plating. Everything comes together in sequence — fried rice base laid first, protein placed precisely, noodles added, sauce drizzled in one clean motion, garnish dropped with precision. We see the dish being built step by step clearly. Close on each element being added, overhead looking down at the plate coming together.

0:14–0:15 — He places the final garnish, steps back, looks at the finished dish. Slides the plate smoothly toward the camera in one clean motion, steam rising, perfect presentation. Bows slightly. Hero moment. Done.
