I'd like you to make a music video in a similar style to this one: https://github.com/JohnHeibel/PDoomVideo To this song: https://youtu.be/cobZuBii0Z0?si=ada6wxomeJbo-LRl Don't feel the need to represent everything in the lyrics literally - feel free to include relevant references to concepts, events, and lore in the video, even if obscure (especially if obscure). E.g. when the lyrics say "when they say they're just predicting tokens...", you might depict a "stochastic parrot". That one's not particularly obscure but is the kind of thing I mean. Instead of depicting like, literally predicting tokens (though you might do that too. Use your judgement! The video should be fun to watch for someone well steeped in AI and AI safety lore and discourse, and who Wille wcognise relevant pop culture and literary or historical references) I don't know how this ultimately results in a video file - I know the linked repo animates a video with JavaScript or something - but I ultimately want a rendered video file. Feel free to choose your tools, be creative, and exercise your own taste. This repo "fdsgdg" appears to be have been accidentally created, but it's empty and we can use it for this, I can rename it afterwards. Also, clip the final two beats from the audio.rught at the end, after "then why does it talk back" they are after the song has finished and sound bad. Credit the song to Suno and whatever Claude Opus model was the latest at the time of the YouTube upload, as prompted by Andy Masely (Andy printed Claude to write the lyrics, and Suno for the music), and credit the video to yourself. And have fun!
A style change - don't make Dr. Null's mouth wobble with the lyrics as if he's singing, it doesn't actually look like he's singing, just that the curcle of his mouth is jittery. Best to just not make him be singing. Make him just have appropriate expressions for the scenes, and not be singing the song.
Dr. Null's arms look a bit unnatural in many scenes - I think he's supposed to be holding his hand on his face in shock or something, but it looks like it is a mistake. Can you make it look more natural? If you do so and like the result, re-render.
Make it yours. Swap the two links (the style reference after "in a similar style to this one" and the song after "To this song") and the "stochastic parrot" example for your own. The credits paragraph near the end is specific to this song and can go.
Cartoon music video about linear algebra
A 4:22 animated music video for "I am actually scared of linear algebra", a Suno song about fearing AI, full of AI-lore references. Opus 5.5 in Claude Code used the PDoomVideo repo as its style guide; the creator published the first prompt and two style fixes.
“I'm sure this is partly the IKEA effect but I'm very happy with the result”
You'll need
- The song's audio (the prompt links a YouTube upload)
- Optional: the JohnHeibel/PDoomVideo repo as a style reference, as the prompt uses it
How it was made
The creator typed the first prompt on a phone, typos included, and started it in a cloud environment in an empty repo. Rendering was slow there, so they resumed it in Claude Code on a laptop. Extra prompts about the cloud-environment problems were left out of the published set. The song is by Suno, Claude, and @AndyMasley, made before this video.

Prompt from: Reply on X
Look notesby Reference
A hand-drawn cartoon in grainy, painterly textures. A wide-eyed man with glasses and spiky hair (Dr. Null, as the follow-up prompts call him) appears in scenes that pun on neural-network math and AI lore.
- Color
- Chalkboard green, brick red, mustard, teal, and violet on grainy paper textures, with a small orange block character as a recurring accent.
- Type
- Lyrics in a rounded hand-lettered face along the bottom, mostly white with some words in yellow; handwritten math labels such as σ(Wx+b); a comic-style RULE 110 caption.
- Framing
- Flat, side-on sets with the man small to mid-frame and one prop or diagram carrying each scene. A few frames are full-bleed diagrams or patterns.
- Sound
- The Suno song "I am actually scared of linear algebra", by Suno, Claude, and @AndyMasley, according to the creator.
- Structure
- A chalkboard matrix of faces equal to I, a Scream-style panic on a red bridge, a bar chart of sigmoid bumps on graph paper, a function machine wired to a brain in a jar labeled PUTNAM · 1961, a long blue scroll, a folded yellow plane for a layer with kinks, a cafeteria serving σ(Wx+b) with a parrot at the counter, a Rule 110 automaton pattern, and the man alone in a green room: "It's just matrix multiplication."
